Few Words About the Videos |

On Sunday, September 16, Mark's crew shot video of
several swings by each player. Mark then reviewed
the video clips and selected one swing for each player
that would illustrate points that he has been working on
with that hitter. Each player who attended the
Week 2 session has two views of the swing that Mark
picked out -- a normal speed version and a slow-motion
version. Before you review the videos of your
swing, please review Mark's comments so that you know
what to look for.
When you click on a video file link, it should open the
video player (e.g., Windows Media Player, Real Player,
etc.) on your system. These are pretty large
files, so it will take a few moments for them to down
load and start playing.
Click in the "Comments" column for your name to see
Mark's comments. They will "pop up" on your
screen. If you have a pop-up blocker on your
computer, hold down the "CTRL" key when you click in the
Comments column.
